9 out of 10 times, the drivers are not available, even if you book a week in advance. Don't make your plans based on EziDrive unless you want to ruin it. I ended up taking an Ola/Uber many times. Secondly, the representatives are not trained. They need multiple reminders to do a job. If you need to modify a booking, you'll need to call them multiple times to check why it wasn't done. Some drivers are good but some are very rude and annoying. I met two drivers who could not even drive properly.
