Shameful. I keep encountering issue to log in. It's so annoying that you have paid your installment and the call center has confirmed it is settled. But later they charged penalty due to underpayment of 1 idr and the agent keep calling each and every minute. So unprofessional. Never in million will ever use this.

Never ever use this app!! Debt collectors are like preman pasar. They call every day even before the due date. Though we pay the fine fee for 2 days late. They call me maling. Never again use this app. Be alert to this app before installing it for sure.
