I did like this company, after many many years of using them. But as of today, I'm not happy at all. After being given the option of big things of 5k application. I chose the 3k by mistake and I was instantly approved. I went out to michael Hill jeweller today and I went to do a purchase of 5k, after wasting more then 3 hours in store to be stuffed around after being told, they would approve my loan and adjusting it from 3k to 5k, as long as i provided documents. Documents sent. No approval.
