2025-01-25 | A simple but well put together APP. Ability to upload photos and items as part of the sell function is super easy. Great how it sets you up to receive recommend items based on your search criteria. Easy to interact with buyers. Syncs very well with the logistics provider's so you can track your deliveries and sales. I have saved so much money getting some very cost effective second hand items and been able to get a new wardrobes at a significantly low cost. | ||
2025-01-25 | The app itself is okay, but there are bugs which make certain functions (like returning a product) unavailable. Also the customer service is at best useless. They don't bother to read or understand messages, just send unrelated copy-paste responses and after a while just refuse to get back to you, leaving the question unanswered and the issue unresolved. I can't trust them to help me should I have any issues. | ||
2025-01-23 | I love the app but it NEEDS to be improved!!! There is only one shipping option available on the island where I live and the app does not allow me to disable the ones that I HAVE NO WAY OF USING!!!! Due to the shipping options being limited I can only ship within my country as well as order from my country only. This would be fine if not for the fact that my feed is filled with international listings which I can't buy and peiple order things from me using shipping I can't provide. FIX THIS!! | ||
2025-01-21 | Occasionally use it to sell and buy clothing. I can't log into my account because I've changed phone numbers, even when trying to log in through the web, I am taken to verify with a number. No alternative option has been left. Previously I also had a bad, long and unnecessary experience after moving to a different country and wanting to change my address. | ||
2025-01-20 | Love vinted usually but since the update that added France and Italy to the German version, it's just not the same. I don't mind the option but for god's sake, please add a filter that let's us filter country of origin. Especially in terms of sustainability that's a huge point, also taking into account that that's a huge motivational factor in shopping second hand. Don't go green washing on us now Vinted, please! | ||
2025-01-19 | Most buyers are honest and nice...a few though do leave you for 2 days before you get your money because they cant be bothered clicking the 'everything ok' button. Have had a few negative experiences...item damaged in post, and a return that should never have been returned as buyer lied about item. Overall i do like the 'shop to shop' integrated delivery service- that way a buyer cannot say they havent received item. Overall more positive experience on Vinted than negative. 2025-01-16 | I enjoy the app very much. It's super easy to use, very nicely designed. I feel secure to purchase through Vinted, as there's double security. Already happened that one good was not sent and I got automatically message that they will refund me as the seller didn't sent the goods in the time frame. That made me feel very good about the service that it was them doing that for me. I didn't need to write or remind them anything about that. | ||
2025-01-15 | I've been using it for a few now and I have been able to more or less recycle my wardrobe that was too small for a completely new (so to speak) wardrobe that fits. Some very good deals and overall the community is very easy going and transactions are smooth. I would say the highlight would be the search capabilities and the filter you can apply after the results to narrow it down further. Negative: if you have to return something you pay, even if the seller lied about condition, etc. It's unfair | ||
2025-01-15 | A very good app for buying and selling stuff, especially the ones you don't need. It's also a controlled environment with secured choices to make especially when returning stuff to seller (though it hasn't been working for me and nothing has been done about my complaint) but generally it's OK and up to standard. They also need to be able to identify scammers who prawl there, present items for sale(sometimes fake or don't exist)and get away with payments since I cannot click for a return at all. | ||
2025-01-14 | Doesn't allow me to use the app as it sets my account location to the Netherlands even though I live in the UK. I can't change this, and customer service is awful as I never get any response or solution for the problem. Ive tried setting up an account with another email and it's done the same thing. I'm not using a VPN so this isn't the issue |
