The app itself is okay, but there are bugs which make certain functions (like returning a product) unavailable. Also the customer service is at best useless. They don't bother to read or understand messages, just send unrelated copy-paste responses and after a while just refuse to get back to you, leaving the question unanswered and the issue unresolved. I can't trust them to help me should I have any issues.

A simple but well put together APP. Ability to upload photos and items as part of the sell function is super easy. Great how it sets you up to receive recommend items based on your search criteria. Easy to interact with buyers. Syncs very well with the logistics provider's so you can track your deliveries and sales. I have saved so much money getting some very cost effective second hand items and been able to get a new wardrobes at a significantly low cost.
