| 2025-01-27 |  | | I have waited 20 minutes for a driver to take my ride. It seems like they can do whatever they want without consequences. The map is awful. Everytime my location is on for a pickup, it always shows the drivers the wrong location which is baffling, but also you can never tell where the driver is in the map because it never works. I always try to check between Uber and bolt but 80% of the times I go with Uber, even when at first I chose bolt, always end up canceling to go with Uber. |

Create the "favorite routes" feature in the app. Where all the order parameters will be saved, such as the point of departure and the place of arrival, the type of car. (At the moment you can only save your favorite addresses, but that's not exactly what you need) Then your service will have no equal to other! |
| 2025-01-20 |  | | Always struggle to get a bolt, either they not available or they accept the ride and then cancel when 3 minutes away, literally had 4 bolts cancel when 5 minutes away, so not very reliable if you need to be somewhere at a specific time. They don't accept the ride for 2 people and only accept the ride for 3 people, so expect the customer to pay more where it's only 1 customer and not 3, overall bolt was good when it came out but being a regular, it has gone down, rather use Uber |

The app keeps charging me toll fees just because my work place is near the railway station, but I DO NOT enter the parking of the railway station for the app to charge me toll fees. When I go to support, it is AI based and not helpful. It is time-consuming and very frustrating. |

It normally takes us at least 5 tries to get someone to pick us up as they give up and moat times they never leave us at our destination. We asked to take us to the salt mine and he took us to a train station! And we can't even get a refund for being toom to the wrong place! I'd give it 0 stars but I had one good experience but that's it. Do not recommend, 1 star. |

However, on one occasion, I fumbled my phone as the ride began and somehow ended up cancelling the ride and was unable to rebook with the same driver, so I had to then exit their vehicle which was very annoying for both parties involved. |

This is very difficult as almost all Airports & taxi unions don't allow such private cabs to enter airport so going outside & boarding the cab immediately is difficult. So such a waiting fee should not be charged. Also, fare is high many times compared to actual distance travelled. |

And many driver cancellations if you are doing short drives. Many cancellations from Sepang F1 circuit to Ibis hotel only 11km away. Yesterday 6 driver cancelled when the app found the driver before I had to switch to GRAB to get a driver. I prefer Bolt over Grab but they don't seem to be able to make sure the drivers are professional enough to accept small drives |

The second I accepted it said 'no available. Driver no.2 has been 6 minutes away for the past 40 mins!! Will not be using often. Cancelling the ride when its turned out to be fictionous is a £6 fee. Drivers 1, 2, 3 and 4 dropped out refusing to come. Had to call customer support to cancel without fine. Uninstalling. |
| 2025-01-14 |  | | As tourist who like to travel to bangkok, i recommend this bolt app to take ride cuz it's cheaper than grab (suggest from local thai people), but i had 2 bad experience scam from bolt driver. when we book a ride mostly they don't arrive at the spot we stand waiting (already turn on location & check twice), they always ask "where are you?", then i run around try to find his car, then free waiting time is over & they charge extra 50Bath. some driver keep adding charge to 100Bath while speak thai |
