Bolt: Request a Ride

I have waited 20 minutes for a driver to take my ride. It seems like they can do whatever they want without consequences. The map is awful. Everytime my location is on for a pickup, it always shows the drivers the wrong location which is baffling, but also you can never tell where the driver is in the map because it never works. I always try to check between Uber and bolt but 80% of the times I go with Uber, even when at first I chose bolt, always end up canceling to go with Uber.

Great service and great app! I haven't found a place to write suggestions for improvement, so I'm writing here. Create the "favorite routes" feature in the app. Where all the order parameters will be saved, such as the point of departure and the place of arrival, the type of car. (At the moment you can only save your favorite addresses, but that's not exactly what you need) Then your service will have no equal to other!
