I have got a work phone and a personal phone and there is no option to install this app one 2 mobiles. Neither do they have an option to create multiple profiles or associate 2 mobile numbers. I have to always carry my work phone as a result. Also it doesn't link with UAE pass for easier sign in instead of an OTP to the mobile number. If you can't link it with UAE pass then have an option for code issuer logic for 2 factor authentication.

Add an option for QR scan which can be used as a token when standing on queue. The code can be placed at the PCR centres. Each person scans will get the increament of the queue. This way they don't have to stand on queue but wait for their number. The update can be even given on this app itself as a pop-up or notification ( when it is your turn).
