As a design it looks great but for service it's horrible. It's not allowing to download the certificate and keeps taking me back to spet one again. The pop up message to download the certificate is not coming at all.

Ramez Boktor, 2021-07-14As part of the process, you need to enter your birthdate. There is no way to select the year so you have to keep swiping for 5min to get to your year. Terrible design When selecting appointment, no way to see which days are available, so you keep guessing only for the app to tell you no slots. Folks, the design needs to be redone
