2024-12-07	S K	Completely USELESS!! Despite Login, Password, and 3 Security Questions, they still require PIN #, which they are sending through text or email... The problem is that once you go to your email OR sms to retrieve that number, the Transamerica app locks itself OUT as it "can't be opened on share screen." Ok, well, HOW else can I get that PIN without losing Transamerica Login Page 🤔⁉️
2024-10-24	Ross Auger	It's like you even think about the app and it locks you out and the only way to unlock is to call and wait for assistance to have to go through even more hoops. I understand security efforts but at some point it feels like a deterant to keep you frustrated and away. Update: finally got in and had biometric login activate and work. It'd be really nice if they included everything like your IRA.
2024-07-03	DannyK	Spoke with customer service. Everyone is very nice and kind. But what I want is to be able to use the app which will not display any of my account info. Yes, I can log in, but it says my account info is not displayed. Useless. Their answer: all good on our end. Everything enabled on my phone btw.
2024-06-23	neil s.r.	EDIT: on "the latest (and greatest)" version, still slow. Still don't let you log in on the weekends. Suppose this scenario: one works and is very busy during the week days... Wouldn't this person maybe want to check his/her account ON THE WEEKENDS?? Transamerica, no bueno. VERY slow app. Tends to freeze sometimes. Edit: updated app, still no good. In fact, feels like it got worse! Too frequent "app is down for maintenance" BS message on weekends now.
2024-05-28	Nova Denton-Parry	Has a "remember me" checkbox that doesn't work and you have to enter your credentials every time. Which wouldn't be a huge deal except when you tap the places to enter your username or password they don't respond about 80% of the time. Meaning you have to keep tapping in slightly different areas over and over just to use the app at all. The info available on the app is super limited. If you need help you have to call (email auto replies with just the #) and the hold time is always over 45 min.
2024-05-19	It's Just Dee	For a few weeks now, the app is not allowing me to type in my username. No cursor, no keyboard pops up. I've deleted and reinstalled it, but it's still the same situation. What's the point if I have to use the internet⁉️ It would be nice to see a graph indicating performance results for the past month, 3 months, 6 months, etc. Like other investments
2024-05-14	Mohammad Rehman	This app has lots of bugs, today when I open the app, the password field is not enabled. I can't click the password field nor the keyboard opens to type any character. During maintenance instead of a maintenance message, it errors out when I login after credentials passed. Getting useful financial information is cumbersome and certain information is not available and the user has to hop through different steps to get partial information. Update: Password field not click to editable.
2024-05-13	Joe Miller	Great if you don't want to be bothered with the option of getting a lot of important information. Some buttons don't work, like the "Year to Date" performance one. You can put in specific dates but I learned that for January of 2024 there was no information available about my account for the entire month. I hope the balance it lists is accurate, but I don't know why I should assume it is. I updated today before logging in. This is NOT about a prior version.
2023-07-31	sujoy chowdhury	Even after deleting cache, reinstalling and providing all permissions, the app won't show my account data after logging in saying there is some issue. Worst app. I'm not sure how this company survives with competition who can not even fix a basic issue. Several people reported the same issue. I'm going to escalate at the company level .
2023-01-27	Andrew Kobylarz	This app updated and changed from a dated and functional interface to an intrusive and unnecessarily obtuse interface that requires jumping through hoops to get what you want. Updated 1/26/23: The app now requires reading a large amount of "terms and conditions" every time you open the app and answering security questions even after selecting "remember this device".
