Completely USELESS!! Despite Login, Password, and 3 Security Questions, they still require PIN #, which they are sending through text or email... The problem is that once you go to your email OR sms to retrieve that number, the Transamerica app locks itself OUT as it "can't be opened on share screen." Ok, well, HOW else can I get that PIN without losing Transamerica Login Page 🤔⁉️

It's like you even think about the app and it locks you out and the only way to unlock is to call and wait for assistance to have to go through even more hoops. I understand security efforts but at some point it feels like a deterant to keep you frustrated and away. Update: finally got in and had biometric login activate and work. It'd be really nice if they included everything like your IRA.
