i am from austria. i found the app by asking how to buy a bus tocket in leipzig. minstall etc. was easy. one star less for useless additional confirmation with my bank for such a small amount of €3. this 'risk' can be shouldered by the city my pov.

Max Staudinger, 2025-01-09I added my Deutschlandticket to the app but it disappears at random times. Once it happened when I was on the S-Bahn and needed to show the ticket to the controller. When I try to add it using the Vertragsnummer, I get a message saying "We couldn't find your D-ticket with this data". And then after a while the ticket just appears in the app again. UPDATE from 1.12.2025: Deutschlandticket disappeared again; when I try to add it it either tells me that the name isn't correct or no contract found.
