2025-01-14 | Was a fantastic app until their recent update. Now it frequently doesn't work or I can't login at all. I have no idea what is going on with my money most weeks. With so many hackers and scammers it's a good idea to keep tabs on your accounts. Since I do all of my banking through the app I will be switching banks since it appears to be an ongoing issue with no resolution in sight. Customer service doesn't seem to be what it used to be either. I have been a customer for almost 20 years. | ||
2025-01-10 | Progressively disappointing. In an effort to "increase security" they removed the security questions. In replacement they send a text TO THE PHONE THE APP IS ON. Alternative is what? Sending an email to my phone with a OTP? *way more secure than information that's only in my own head* CC transfers always default to "pay off" having me to adjust it every time I transfer funds. Worst part is, no matter what I put in the "in app feedback" it won't accept any comments | ||
2024-12-22 | I've used this bank for over 28 years and all from Texas. It wasn't the easiest in the beginning when I had to do things like mail in checks and wait days for that deposit, but they've been right on top of keeping up with the times through the years to make the newest electronic capabilities available to make mobile banking fast and effortless. Their customer support has always been exceptional. I wouldn't go anywhere else. | ||
2024-12-13 | Comprehensive, user friendly, and with all the details I actually want. Particularly like how the page I closed on is the one that opens next time I use the app, so the information I actually use is right there next time. I can usually see whatever I'm looking for the moment the app opens. Having used big bank apps like Chase and Discover, this is easily the best of the lot. For a community credit union, it's next-level good. 10/10, no notes. | ||
2024-12-13 | App used to be great, hate the update. Can no longer register my fingerprint and transferring between accounts is annoying. I used to be able to pick one source account and multiple recipient accounts. You can still do that, but have to pick the source account each time, which is annoying. Please fix the fingerprint at the very least! | ||
2024-11-26 | Broken as of the Nov updates. Constantly being asked to enter my login info again, despite saving it, and getting those creepy "copied to clipboard" notifications everyone else is reporting. I don't care about your new "features," just give me an app that works like it used to. | ||
2024-11-24 | The new updated version has some bugs. I had to delete the app, because it had me continue to do both the password and the finger print. Before, all I had to do was just the fingerprint. After deleting the app and reinstalling it, all it does is ask for both again, doesn't save the password, and closes out. A message pops up and says app not working. I really rely on this app so I can keep up with my bills, and account information. I hope you can fix the bugs quickly. | ||
2024-11-20 | You'r guys new update, Nov 19th 2024, has my app bugging out. Anytime I click on anything, my phone says, "copied to clipboard". I can not use the fingerprint login as the fingerprint authentication screen dissappears in an instant when the accounts screen comes up. I have tried at least 7 times to fix it, but to no avail. Please fix bug | ||
2024-11-19 | I'll update if this changes, but the latest update as of 11/19/2024 keeps putting up a notification claiming something has been copied every time I make any action within the app. This means I can't set up my fingerprint to log in again because it keeps removing the fingerprint prompt with a popup saying something was copied. | ||
2024-11-14 | All of the positive reviews have to be bots because this app (and the bank in general) does not function anywhere near where it should. I get constant error pages, I don't get notified of late fees, automatic payments are a nightmare that I have to keep resetting. The whole thing operates in a way to trick the user. No straight forward information or functionality. No feedback on functionality. Horrible. |
