Was a fantastic app until their recent update. Now it frequently doesn't work or I can't login at all. I have no idea what is going on with my money most weeks. With so many hackers and scammers it's a good idea to keep tabs on your accounts. Since I do all of my banking through the app I will be switching banks since it appears to be an ongoing issue with no resolution in sight. Customer service doesn't seem to be what it used to be either. I have been a customer for almost 20 years.

Progressively disappointing. In an effort to "increase security" they removed the security questions. In replacement they send a text TO THE PHONE THE APP IS ON. Alternative is what? Sending an email to my phone with a OTP? *way more secure than information that's only in my own head* CC transfers always default to "pay off" having me to adjust it every time I transfer funds. Worst part is, no matter what I put in the "in app feedback" it won't accept any comments
