Can't log on half the time

Yeah I have no problem with the app my average is usually $6 a day then it turns around and I use 101 kilowatts they said that I spent 7.00 dollars then it showed I use 56 kilowatts and they charged me $11 they had a power outage for 8 hours and they charged me for it they said that's what the meter read so they went by with what the meter says so they turn around rip me off for about 40-50 bucks and now I can't make my payment because I'm disabled and I'm waiting on my check , now shutting it o
