| 2024-05-15 |  | | Difficult to open. When it's open, I can't choose any slot because it always indicates that all the slots are full. I have been trying to book an appointment for days but I couldn't. I'm thinking of just walking in to try my luck. |

| 2023-07-31 |  | | Need 2 improve. For example if u use d app after 12 noon,the app still show the time slot still available for 11am n 12 am of d day n still accept ur appointment for RUKA. However when u reach RUKA U R told no such appointment n not in d system. D app can accept multiple appotment on the same day n same time. The app keep on asking ur agreement 2collect ur private details. I feel uncomfortable whether such data can be abused. |

Can't imagine for elderly ppl who are force to use this apps for appointments. Why do u need my weight height all these things ??? We just want to make appointment that's it... |
