Difficult to open. When it's open, I can't choose any slot because it always indicates that all the slots are full. I have been trying to book an appointment for days but I couldn't. I'm thinking of just walking in to try my luck.

Trying to book an appointment for RUKA. It would be easier if the application shows those dates and time slots which are already fully booked. As of now, we have to go into each date and time slot to check availability.
