    App is great but I am having an issue when using bluetooth devices. If i have a bluetooth connected to my phone and try to use the "one way audio" feature, the audio still plays through the phone's speakers and acts as if there is no bluetooth device connected. It is the only app I have that does that.

    Terrible customer service. I downloaded the app and did the free trial. In less than a day I realized they did not have all the features I wanted in a parental control app so I cancelled the subscription thesame day so the free trial was not up. Days later I was charged for the year subscription. I have contacted customer service many times and have received no help. They pretty much seem like they are refusing to refund my money when I cancelled during the free trial. Beware!!!
