2025-01-31 | Oh no no no, Two Dots, what have you done? I ignored the microtransactions. I ignored/played less with the coming of intrusive, sometimes gross ads. But a web page opening without me clicking on anything and doing the whole malware-y "You've been infected with 3 viruses!"? That's unacceptable. I get that companies need to make money. I get that some companies squeeze for more than they need. Whatever. But if you're going to do that, at least have enough oversight to exclude malicious pop-ups.
2025-01-31 | The actual game is good, with pleasing graphics, a variety of challenges, and it's turn-based so you can take your time and think about the right moves. However, the ads have become wildly intrusive in recent times, including banner ads, sometimes with non-optional sound, on the main game screen. The game is now effectively unplayable unless you block them. It seems like a weird move for a developer to kill their own game like that.
2025-01-30 | I wish there werent so many pop-ups. I would prefer if i could just play, and continue to play without interuption, the levels are so short, completed in only a few moves, and then you have to wade through a slew of pop ups just to get to the next level. Its not intuitive or user friendly. The pop-ups feel agressive and pointless. Why not a seamless transition between levels. Its weird because they arent even advertisments, just frustratingly pointless interuptions.
2025-01-28 | I used to like this game, especially the hidden object minigames, but now there are just too many ads for it to be enjoyable. Several in-app purchase ads before you can even access the game, an ad between every regular level (which usually take 1-2 minutes max), and now ads every 15 seconds or so when playing the hidden object minigame. I don't mind ads to support the app, but the last few times I played I spent more time waiting for ads than actually playing.
2025-01-28 | Years ago, I played this game regularly & loved it! When I decided to start playing again, I was inundated with ads. Ad breaks between levels that automatically take you to the app store, & banner ads across the screen while you're playing. One of the things I loved about this game was the lack of mandatory ads. Watching an ad for a reward is one thing, but it's disappointing to see how things changed. So many in-game pop-ups, too! Love that they've expanded the game, but it's gotten so busy.
2025-01-27 | EDIT (1/27/2025) it's clear you all have become money hungry. you've done away with weekly challenges that were *mostly* obtainable and replaced with nearly impossible challenges like the Trophy/tier game. I'll not be playing this again until you stop being greedy. been playing this game for years, but no more. down-rated this to 1 star.
2025-01-27 | I've played this for 7+ years and over the past ~2 years the quality has greatly declined. First they replaced boosts with timed ones, then decreased the items received in daily gifts, and now limited the full streak bonus to only players on a platinum tier. Over the past week I've also noticed that levels are being repeated. I'll play a level and realize I beat the exact same one 50 levels ago! You can tell they're making these changes to make more money. And ads are longer too. Shameful!!!
2025-01-25 | like all the rest...if you (God forbid) buy items they won't let you win until you buy more and even than it's not fair. The items needed to clear a board don't always register when you know you just cleared them (i.e. need 8 anchors...it will register MAYBE every other one and always lose by one dot...as if that will force you to pay to continue). Wish I never purchased anything bc now it's impossible- even the mini "where's waldo game" is impossible unless you watch 3 videos. ridiculous!
2025-01-19 | Fun at first; I cleared levels using my boosters. All of a sudden, I'd only have one dot left to clear, and without any boosters left, I have to buy more coins and boosters, which I did. It's gotten worse. Every time I finish watching an ad to get a booster, it freezes, forcing me to restart the game with no earned booster. In my current event, I earn special coins to spin a wheel for earned boosters. It freezes, too; I restart the app, it still freezes. I may stop playing; it's a rip-off!
2025-01-19 | I really enjoy this game, but I do have a complaint. Sometimes it's simply not "fair". For example, I just played a round where I had to clear so many anchors but it wasn't giving me any anchors to clear. How am I supposed to clear them when I'm not getting any?!? Then I run out of moves and am forced to either lose or buy more moves. It's really annoying and makes me want to uninstall the dang game sometimes. Otherwise, entertaining game. Update: glitchiest game ever!! |
