| 2024-10-04 |  | | Been using the app for at least 5 years. Never many issues, little bugs that get fixed pretty quickly. The past week or so, it's been extremely laggy, freezing, the map is very blurry and not focusing. There is usually an update to fix things right away. Not sure what's up now. But still a good app |

It's constantly saying my child's phone's not responding when she's right next to me. It never updates her location for the current time even w/notifications. She's always getting texts saying join AT&T secure family when she's already an existing member. I pay extra for this app that does absolutely nothing. It's a waste of money. I dont recommend. |
| 2023-10-11 |  | | I have always appreciated this app. It is hard to put into words how poor this major update has been. First, at the moment, the app will not even load. Crashes each time. But before the crashing started, it says location has to be turned on. It is. It says battery saver has to be off. Why? It sends an unbelievable amount of notifications, so I turned them all off, which then defeats the purpose of the app. It is time for a monthly refund AT&T. Update: Oct 10th. Still crashing on start up. |

Keeps telling me to change the permission settings to make sure the app won't be put into deep sleep even though that permission is already properly set. No option to clear some of the notifications or manage which ones are allowed, particularly with those from the companion app on the other devices connected to my account, UNLESS you block push notifications, but if you do that it causes problems with the companion app. PLEASE FIX!!! |

Doesn't display the full location/address on the dashboard & full member screen doesn't either. Too far to drill down to find it. And the new settings are constantly telling me to change them when I already have. |

My choices are to continue (which takes me to the app permission settings) or skip for now, even though I have it set to never remove permissions. It also keeps removing my kids from our family group and sending countless notifications that they haven't interacted with the app in a while. Fix your update. It's terrible. |

The app keeps crashing, the update is garbage, the map it uses now is outdated( not Google maps), the secure features go out ALL the time, which does not protect browsing. I have already had to call once with service issues since the update, and now the app closes immediately after trying to open it. This app seems pointless 😕. |
| 2023-09-28 |  | | This app used to be amazing. It was worth every penny of the cost. The new changes are the WORST. It is the worst thing ever. Not worth continue paying for it. I can't track kids like I used to. Parent app won't work says waiting for the developer to fix bugs. The old app continued to work even if my kids tried to delete the app. It was precise but it was still 98% accurate to there area if they removed the app. This new upgrade loses capabilities if they turn off location or delete. not happy |

The companion app now constantly claims location is not active, but when you tap "fix," it takes you to the notifications settings. Precise location active, and the device wanders all over the city on the map. All required location features are active. Have uninstalled and reinstalled on all devices. About to cancel my service for this - Google offers a free service. |
| 2023-09-07 |  | | This app used to work. But recently they changed it. Now it doesn't work at all. I'm not sure why they made it completely useless, but it is. It can't be used to check the location of a phone unless location is turned on for that phone. That was not the case prior, you could locate easily without location being turned on. So now your child could shut the location on their phone and avoid this being at all usable. It's a paid for service, so I will be canceling my subscription to it. 👎 |
