This new update is horrible, it's worse than the last. I thought there were issues updating the locations before. Now they're even worse. It's constantly saying my child's phone's not responding when she's right next to me. It never updates her location for the current time even w/notifications. She's always getting texts saying join AT&T secure family when she's already an existing member. I pay extra for this app that does absolutely nothing. It's a waste of money. I dont recommend.

Nichole, 2023-10-17I have always appreciated this app. It is hard to put into words how poor this major update has been. First, at the moment, the app will not even load. Crashes each time. But before the crashing started, it says location has to be turned on. It is. It says battery saver has to be off. Why? It sends an unbelievable amount of notifications, so I turned them all off, which then defeats the purpose of the app. It is time for a monthly refund AT&T. Update: Oct 10th. Still crashing on start up.
