The application does not follow even a single good user design or user experience principle. The UI/UX could literally be made so much better with just some minor changes but, unfortunately they're not interested in doing it. Makes using the app extremely confusing, so much so that I don't want to use it or recommend other people to use it. Lot of better options out there, both UI-wise and feature-wise.
