| 2024-10-10 |  | | This app is awful. I would prefer an app full of ads over this app, it tells you to link your Ticketmaster account and it won't let you do it. It continuously tells you to update your password. You're unable to access your tickets, you have to go to the website and log in through the web portal. This needs to be deleted and new developers need to build this again properly. It does not send any notifications or updates on the schedule. |

| 2024-03-05 |  | | This app seemed to work for a bit but now, when ever I try to login, I get an error. It works for another friend but it just stopped working for me. I deleted the app and login through the mobile browser on my phone so I can access my tickets now and add them to Wallet. |

| 2023-05-10 |  | | Terrible app . When you try to view your tickets it says you have to sign into your account first and then hangs. You have to restart the app and go to account management first to sign in. Then when you come into the app a second time to look at your tickets from the main screen it hangs again saying you need to sign in and you have to reload the app. But if you go into Manage Account it shows you are already signed in. |

| 2022-12-01 |  | | This app is horrible and there don't seem to have been any attempts to improve it since it launched last year. Doesn't keep you logged in. Whn you go to view your tickets, it says your session has expired and you need to login again, but there is no place to do so. The app just freezes and has to be closed and relaunched multiple times. Seems completely random to find a place to login again. Very frustrating and stressful since you're never sure you're going to be able to access your tickets. |
