STILL THE WORST APP EVER!! Worst App Ever!! Would give it zero stars if I could. Every time I try and use it I have nothing but problems and end up resetting my password which messes my ticketmaster account up. Either fix ALL issues or go back to paper tickets. It is ridiculous to expect your older non tech savvy patrons (which seems to be the largest demographic of ticket holders) to have the patience to figure it out!!

This app is awful. I would prefer an app full of ads over this app, it tells you to link your Ticketmaster account and it won't let you do it. It continuously tells you to update your password. You're unable to access your tickets, you have to go to the website and log in through the web portal. This needs to be deleted and new developers need to build this again properly. It does not send any notifications or updates on the schedule.
