Very poor. App can't find let alone connect to router. Tried usual stuff to no effect. Contact with customer service in the past has been underwhelming but will give it a go. Update, customer service as inept as expected. Blamed the router and advised to contact manufacturer. The router is 6 weeks old and working in every other way.

App does not work. When prompted to reset email and password today following three updating everything, sent a confirmation text and code to a number that is on the router which can be accessed only via the non-working app. As a result I cannot access my account in any way or make any changes to protect my account security. My only recourse (and I suggest others do the same) is complain to ofcom.
