The app used to work but now is completely useless! Bearing in mind it has 2 functions 1. Allow top ups 2. Allow credit to be used to pay for Data Packs Unfortunately it fails completely - 3 took my money and it shows on the account as a credit, but doesn't allow it to be used to pay for a data pack ! The only option is to give them more money!!! The digital assistant is also useless and doesn't recognise queries Time to leave 3 I think ! Used WiFi to post this!!!!

The app shows my direct debit payment is a few weeks overdue, which is incorrect. Spoke with Three this morning who confirmed my account was up-to-date and suggested I reinstalled the app. Which I did, and the same issue is shown. Does not inspire confidence.
