| 2024-12-07 |  | | Terrible. [edit] I already tried to query a problem with the app customer service, and their response was not effective. We can't clock in on the app. It does not work. When I get an email about an open shift, the app shows nothing, even if I respond to the email immediately. The managers do not see the preferred availability and roster us when we can't work. It is clear that there is no crossplatform compatibility for andriod phoned. You can see that from other 'real' user comments here. |

For essential services, it seems to have 100% uptime which has always surprised me. They've added and improved things over the years but changes are usually minor. Never used an alternative but looked. I would like it if they completely redid their chat to be more useful and feature rich like Connecteam, but I can live with it. I would like a supervisor only interface. Adequate & reliable. |
| 2024-11-12 |  | | Used to be fairly decent, however for the last several months app constantly flickers btwn working fine & the"you're offline" screen, both on WiFi& mobile data, which makes it impossible to get anything done. Have to rapid tap "confirm shift" button & hope it registers it in between the flickering, but makes it impossible to do much of anything else, and there's no update or anything else to explain this behavior. Also, can't make shift requests, can't message coworkers. |
| 2024-10-17 |  | | Nice concept but buggy. Two times today I got partially through a shift swap request before it froze on me and I just gave up and went to the desktop site. When I tried logging in in the Chrome browser on my phone, it kept redirecting me to the app despite my settings specifically set to block this action. I ended up having to use my work desktop. |
| 2024-10-05 |  | | Almost every single time I receive an email for an available shift, it does not show up on the app when I click the link to open available shifts on the app. I think only 1 time have I ever been able to actually see the shift that was posted, so I could take it. Sucks because one of the companies I work for only uses this app to fill their shifts. |
| 2024-09-19 |  | | Glitchy as all heck. Initially the app wouldn't even work for me/ let me clock in. Now half the time it won't load for my lunches so I have to manually go back to add them. If the app has a notification for you (like maintenance) it will override you clocking out. By that I mean, it will not save you pressing the clock out button. The amount of times my coworkers and I have pressed "clocked in" only to not be clocked in within the app is more than any timekeeping system I've ever had before. |

Only down side is that it sometimes has trouble showing changes in a short time frame, with some changes taking roughly an hour to appear in app or through notifications. |
| 2024-08-03 |  | | This app is constantly freezing or not loading despite the numerous restarts and updates. Steer clear of this is you can. It's nothing but a headache. Don't waste you're time reporting a ticket to them about issues. They harassed me with emails about messing with my entire phones settings to fix it and it still didn't work after 3 tries. Maybe learn how to run an app and not blame it on the ppl who use it You supposedly just updated it but it's still glitch and doesn't work at all they're idiots |

Whether it be shorting me on my hours by changing my time sheets on its own, not notifying me of shifts, not letting me log in, flashing my screen like a strobe light, or even just flat out refusing to load when I have sufficient internet. I would absolutely NOT recommend this app. Developers have some serious work to do. |
| 2021-07-04 |  | | Have used for years. Desktop version is most complete and facile and 5stars hands down, as an admin. iOS version is least useful. Android app has always been a 4star experience when I need to schedule my team on the fly. Unfortunately for past few months, the android app on my Samsung has been useless. Anytime I attempt to schedule or edit, I receive a msg about "may be an error with the server. contact customer assistance". This completely nullifies any benefit as an admin user. |
