These TATA AIG people are behaving like a fraud, I did a health checkup and they refused to give reimbursement saying it's a targeted health checkup and not preventive health checkup. The plan I took is the highest one they are offering. They didn't give even a single rupee. I couldn't believe it when I saw the reason. I will talk to the ombudsman to see what they say and how to proceed. Beware of these tactics they are using to refuse claims.
