Sometimes drops features login,transcription. I was pleasantly surprised to see the changes. My calls are clear and where I use the phone has NOTHING to do with what I pay for service. 6/8/17: 2stars-I got it for my first trip toAfrica, it was great. For my next trip I purchased airtime before I left the US. When I arrived in Africa the app wouldn"t work. CS told me they no longer supported the country that I travelled to because of fraud. When I asked about the airtime I purchased. No response.

can't create an account. says I'm not connected to a network when every other part of Android and every other app has no issue. 29 separate wifi connections, 2 separate phones (both brand new), and no dice. emails to support are ignored and left to a script to repeat the same thing in an email reply. I keep updating the ticket with every failed attempt and they respond with the SAME EXACT RESPONSE (4 times now). gave up. switched to Burner. frustrated with obvious disdain from app support
