The app is a nightmare. While I was in Tizeti Networks as an intern back in 2018. The RDE was useful. Can someone tell me why I have to tap an app and wait for 15sec to get a response? Uploading files for verification is a big problem. Editing your address on profile won't even give you a chance.

Wayback in 2019 this app was awesome, clear, I was able to make calls to any network, and vice versa. Until recently I downloaded it, and trying to register it kept telling me that my known and verified NIN that I'm directly inputting from my NIN slip is invalid. It is totally frustrating especially when I have a purpose for it right this moment.
