Subway®

This app is simply horrible. I would give it negative stars if it would be possible. Requires to login every time when opening app, login takes long and sometimes doesn't even work, using the app once (if) you get in is extremely laggy. I've also had many occasions where I wasn't able to use my rewards and had to pay full price. I sent Subway an email about these 3 months ago and no one answered. When I asked about it, all I got was a generic nonsense reply that didn't help at all.

The reason it's two stars instead of one is the fact that I actually am able to make a successful order using the app. Otherwise it's a bad app. Why do I have to log in every time? Why is there a big button asking me to join Subway rewards, even though I already have joined? Then there where a few instances where I get a reward or deal and I'm unable to see the whole text, meaning I have no idea what the reward is about.
