Horrible experience ordering food from a restaurant. The food never arrived. The update said 'order prepared' for over an hour and the instashop delivery did not pick it up. I contacted the restaurant and they confirmed that the order is ready but instashop is not picking it up. Tried contacting instashop and no response. After almost 2 hours they called and said they had a problem with the system!!! Total failure both in terms of customer service and technicalities. Never ordering again!!!

Very bad customer service experience. Never buy anything fresh using a card. Even if you received the items ruined/spilled they will never give you your money back. Pay in cash. Never do prepayment unless you're sure of the seller
