I was charged an unauthorized 99.00 membership fee after seeing the deduction on my bank stmt. Apparently months after using their services. Somewhere in their fine print it says unless you go into the app and change settings so they can't auto charge a yearly membership fee you will be charged. This is 2 years after first using their app. I have to get out last year's bank stmts. bcuz this may be the 2nd time I've been charged. They are refusing me a refund 106.00. I haven't used the app.

Valerie Fennewald, 2025-01-28Love instacart so far. Only thing I would change is having a "choose replacement" option for all items when checking out for 2 reasons. If you forgot to do it, you can quickly add or remove all at once instead of having to do each one individually. Also, if you need to go back into your cart after checking out, it resets your "choose replacement" setting, and you have to do it all over again. So annoying 🙄 other than that it's great 👍
