2024-10-30 | Beware if your phone is not up to date with updates then the app may not work. Just got a brand new phone (s24), didn't realize it was multiple updates behind for the past 5 days. Reached out to broadview text support a few days ago which didn't help me realize the problem. Updating my phone three times is the only thing that fixed the app. Other than that it's just a normal bank app haven't seen anything to complain about. | ||
2024-10-07 | How is it possible that this app has a 4.6 rating? Half the time, the app doesn't even work. When I open it and try to type in my login info, it blanks out, erases my info, and restarts. I have to uninstall it and reinstall it to fix. Also, I have no access to eZcard through the app. This app is a dumpster fire. Update - now the app doesn't work at all even after uninstall and reinstall. Slow clap...... | ||
2024-08-23 | White with off white background is absolutely horrible on the eyes. No color to indications for negative changes in account, message center or any tools for that matter are burried in the settings and not obvious they are there, anytime you hit the back button anywhere in the app it brings you to the overview page so good luck navigating literally anything. Edit August 2024: App now shows pending charges that do not count against Active or Current totals making the different values 100% useless. | ||
2024-06-15 | The absolute worst banking experience I've ever been through. Since the transition from the merger with CapCom there has been nothing but problems, mis-payments, auto-payments not going through, etc. Someone I haven't had on my account in 18 years, all the sudden had full access to it. Just an overall nightmare of a company. The app is not intuitive, and is loaded with EXCESSIVE data trackers. CapCom was MUCH better. I'll be looking into other CU's and closing my account soon. 2024-06-04 | Was forced to move from capcom to this, and it's awful. My accounts are organized randomly, the customer service seems almost non-existent, my debit card suddenly disappeared from my account altogether, and no one seems to care. Can't even set up alerts for said card because according to this app... it doesn't exist! | ||
2024-05-06 | While the app is great for the most part and worthy of 5 stars, I'm giving it 1 star because as of late within the last few updates, it's been extremely annoying. every week or so, I have to register my device to be recognized despite just having done this within the last month. this is a cycle that keeps repeating and I'm running out of device names to use to not get the message that I've already used that name. 2024-04-03 | I don't usually leave reviews. However, this app has become such a dumpsterfire that I have to. My character count is extremely limited, so, as much as I'd love to complain about how overall un-mobile-friendly and glitchy the app is, my biggest complaint is the log-in system. I set it to remember my device each time I log in, and not only does it never manage to do the basic bare minimum, it also pushes me through a security check, where I have to drop everything and take a call for a code. 2024-03-07 | I miss the old sefcu app. Worked perfect, didn't need any change. Seems like every update is less user friendly. I miss being able to pull my phone out and transfer money over to my card in like 30-40 seconds. Now, my account is constantly being signed out and requires my user and password while occasionally just being totally locked and required a password reset. Miss the old app, it was so easy to do anything I needed to. Now it's just poor functionality | ||
2023-10-03 | This app works well for me. I can do almost all of our banking transactions on it. The only one I can't do is get actual money from it. The only problem I have with it, the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is when I log out of it I can't just swipe it away like most apps. I have to use the minimize all icon, the circle on Android, and then swipe it away. | ||
2023-02-26 | I used to be able to log in to the app with a PIN. Now it looks there's a new app layered over the old one, and I have to use my full password. It kind of negates the purpose of having an app. As of today, all I can see in the app is the 'Vote for us!", and Accounts. All other features -Transfer, etc., are missing. I want to be able to get into the app easily, make transfers, view and export account information (excel or csv), etc. We used to be able to do that. |
