Beware if your phone is not up to date with updates then the app may not work. Just got a brand new phone (s24), didn't realize it was multiple updates behind for the past 5 days. Reached out to broadview text support a few days ago which didn't help me realize the problem. Updating my phone three times is the only thing that fixed the app. Other than that it's just a normal bank app haven't seen anything to complain about.

How is it possible that this app has a 4.6 rating? Half the time, the app doesn't even work. When I open it and try to type in my login info, it blanks out, erases my info, and restarts. I have to uninstall it and reinstall it to fix. Also, I have no access to eZcard through the app. This app is a dumpster fire. Update - now the app doesn't work at all even after uninstall and reinstall. Slow clap......
