Such a terrible app. Often times when i top up, the money will not go inside my account. And i need to wait few days to get the refund..thats if i get it. Even if i got it back in the past, how tedious its to wait? And the time wasted calling your customer center ? For an international company, everything about Starbucks malaysia is really an embarrassment.

Update a email is so frasated when I open the Starbucks app I click on my personal profile then it will turn off the Starbucks app automatically how I can update my email call careline for help to update my Starbucks email then he said cannot help this is privacy security need to send a email to Starbucks careline pls lah change email just let us edit why so difficult need to call customer service for update walaowe become member so mafan one.

Good application, but the downside of it is using mobile pay and order that has limitation of ordering from any Starbucks that is within 3km radius. Why have this? Why limit this flexibility. It should be allowing us to order form any location so we can pick it up. Someaybe traveling towards that location

Tried to topup with GX bank. There is no gx bank in the options. What an outdated system. Allow min rm10 topup only, I will have to always got balance in my app which is a bad idea, obviously they do this so you have to always buy from them you can't quit. I quitted this store when my balance reached five cents. There are cheaper and better stores which didn't keep their customers money in their app.

This app gives me stroke. Can't even change location to order so you are forced to get to the branch to have your location on nearby to detect the store. Search function totally broken. And when you ordered thinking you're skipping the queue and waiting for your order, you will find that the barista prepared the order for EVERYONE who walk-in after you, but your order, until you walk in and show your phone to have them say that their system didn't receive your order from app. Bad bad bad.

The app is not functional. It's quite buggy and I have to keep reloading it because I get a null error on each page. The main issues of the app: 1. I tried topping my app and it deducts it from my visa card. But it is not reflected in my app. When I call customer support they suggest a refund and to top up physically at the counter. 2. The app logs me out and does not let me log back in even with the correct username and password. And further more does noy allow me to rest my password.

Worst app. I always say keep me logged in, but each time I open this app, I still have to key in all my details to log in. What's the use? ( This is fixed! Finally!) I bought drinks on the 8 Nov but the points never reflected in the Organizer stars (Never fix). We have to be serious here, Starbucks is not even providing good coffee, just the convenience on its availability. Wish that Zus start popping out more and make it more conveniently to find. Their apps is much better.
