Please fix the OTP verification for premium, after succesful send the code it just stopped there and won't let me go through even to input the OTP code manually. Tried 3x with same result and finally I dropped it.

It's quite stupid to have different password requirement compared to the website. Also you don't allow copy paste while requiring special characters. People use password manager, you know. Why do you limit the password length to only 12 characters? This means our passwords can easily be seen by the developers. Wow, I wonder which technologically inept person made the requirement. For Starbucks scale, do spend more to hire better team.
