The reset password function does not work, so I now can't access my original account, and I have effectively lost all the fan points I accrued. When I emailed the support team to ask for help resolving my problem, I didn't get a response. Overall, disappointing |

Most of the time when I try to view articles, pick teams or view the shop I get a connection error message that causes the app to close and takes multiple restarts for it to work (sometimes it doesn't). The app is great yet this issue makes it virtually unusable. |

| 2024-12-06 |  | | It's a great app! Great way to check over how many matches you've been to in each respective season and see what your own personal record was stars wise. Love doing the predictions for each game too. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because occasionally when I'm making my predicted starting 11, the app will sometimes freeze and then kick me out and I have to start all over again. It's been this ever since I first installed back in the 21/22 season. Hope it's fixed and I'll rate 5 stars. |
