The reset password function does not work, so I now can't access my original account, and I have effectively lost all the fan points I accrued. When I emailed the support team to ask for help resolving my problem, I didn't get a response. Overall, disappointing

Great app but unusable for the most part. Most of the time when I try to view articles, pick teams or view the shop I get a connection error message that causes the app to close and takes multiple restarts for it to work (sometimes it doesn't). The app is great yet this issue makes it virtually unusable.
