The online experience has been terrible. Both the app and the website are ridiculous. I've spent my entire lunch hour getting logged in. Had to reset the password and it sends me text messages and emails over and over and over again. I think I finally got in after about 45 minutes of being jerked around. I am very tempted to close my account and seek other services. The only reason why I put up was it at all is my credit reading has improved since I've used this prepaid card

My original 1 star review was 12/21/23 I definitely love Commonwealth credit Union, and wouldn't go back to a regular bank. But the app is definitely trash when it comes to "remember password" Or " Remember login" good luck with that. I'm no web developer, but I don't think the person that designed this app is either.
