2024-04-06 | This app is garbage because you cannot create a report by attaching a photo that you took, OR, after you took a photo in a no-internet environment, you cannot continue the report or submit the report after having reconnected to the internet. Update March 5, 2024 -- still garbage. Can only submit 1 photo for each entry/report. Still useless without internet (can't even load into the form). Does not support video or multiple photos. | ||
2024-01-26 | Why is it set up so that hitting the return button on my keyboard submits the request? My intention was to make a line break, but to my surprise, it submitted my request. So I ended up submitting an incomplete request. Disable that functionality. Also, please provide the ability to delete an unassigned request or to edit an unassigned request. | ||
2023-11-13 | Useless. Will not let me reset my password or even set up an account. Using my email that's on file will let me in, but I have to go through the whole signing process every time. When I get the email for resetting the password, I hit the accept button and it takes me to a blank page. If I give it my mobile number, it sends a code, and when I enter the code it just gives an error. There's a water leak in my apartment that I can't report on. Great app. | ||
2023-03-20 | This app was fine until my complex changed their name. Now it won't let me associate with my complex's new name, has me associated with the old non-existent one, and won't accept my password. I can login via my phone's web browser, but yeah the app doesn't work and I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Clearly other people have similar issues so this needs to be fixed. | ||

I have been sent several codes to my phone and get an error message EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! I put in my email address, twice, thinking maybe that code will work; I haven't even received a code. I need to put in a service request and can't do it because this app won't let me. Absolutely the worst app ever!!! I truly hope Avalon gets rid of it, because this is nonsense. | ||
2022-12-14 | Garbage. My complex took a working process and introduced this third party app that doesn't even work. Even if it did, all it's done is complicate maintenance requests, why does everything today need an app!? Can't sign on via code (error detected) can't sign on with email (password invalid) can't change password (password can't be current password). |
