Yet Cust support kept asking me to sending video, etc. A IT support w/o any experience or anyone could simply click & see that it is not working. Yet they kept asking for more info. These people ought to be sacked ! |

Signed up for the plus service, which is supposed to include priority support, but can't get past the freaking chat bot. And there's no number to call or email address. Incredibly unhappy. |

I tried using your app for foodpanda but it keeps on saying that I have to install a foodpanda app, which I have. I tried updating your app and the foodpanda's thinking that it might be a glitch but same result. Also tried putting them in the same folder together but to no avail. It is frustrating. |

If you're browsing for a while, while it's tracking you, it eventually times out without you realizing and then you make the purchase and it doesn't count. A footer should be present the whole time saying tracking not just initially at the beginning. |

I have to make all my purchases using click and collect or delivery. In order to use the shopback. These isn't an email or contact number to speak to customer service. The chat service isn't helpful. |

Apps like these need human factors as they are handling out money and information. I entered my phone number so many times to so many things on the one App. how many times should I have to provide information I input when registering.
