If I could give zero stars I would. Had a referral code, followed the steps, still marked as "tracked" but not redeemable weeks later. Signed up for the plus service, which is supposed to include priority support, but can't get past the freaking chat bot. And there's no number to call or email address. Incredibly unhappy.

I dropped from 4* to 1* because of lazy cust support or IT. Gave simple feedback & screenshots & sequence of clicks that Lazada Official site link is not working. Yet Cust support kept asking me to sending video, etc. A IT support w/o any experience or anyone could simply click & see that it is not working. Yet they kept asking for more info. These people ought to be sacked !
