Both the app and the website are extremely buggy, to the point it's nearly impossible to place an order. Using the app constantly throws errors at me every time I try to do something, and whether I place an order online or through the app I have to try 4-5 times before the order goes through and doesn't get canceled. Jfc get it together.

The out of stock notifications are terrible. If you liked a certain color of a product and sign up to be notified when it's back in stock, you'll get notifications for ALL the colors. And if the item is on sale and you look at color options, it glitches and gets stuck on one color no matter which one you choose. The app has been doing that for over two years. The rest of the app is fine.
