2025-02-02 | This app sucks. I called customer service and they just advised to uninstall the app... That advised is worse, because of the cooling period! My online transfers always failed, but bill payments are fine, what the heck! I tried to be patient, almost every week/ months it's still the same. I don't know what to do. Should I discontinue on this account/bank? I have this issue since November of last year. | ||

I can't even use the chat support because it won't go through. 2025-01-22 | - online authentication doesn't work (app doesn't even react when logging in on web) and lately even the offline OTP is being rejected. - please show the trx ref number in history, both in app and on the website. - when trying to pay via app, it doesn't continue to the confirmation page, but the transaction is successful cos you can see it in the notifications afterward. (So never even get the chance to see the trx ref number at this point) It worked really well at the start, but very buggy now | ||
