This app sucks. I called customer service and they just advised to uninstall the app... That advised is worse, because of the cooling period! My online transfers always failed, but bill payments are fine, what the heck! I tried to be patient, almost every week/ months it's still the same. I don't know what to do. Should I discontinue on this account/bank? I have this issue since November of last year.

I've been trying to login my account on this new app multiple times but all are failed and says that I entered an incorrect information even though I have checked and 100 percent sure that I put in the exact credentials I used when I registered. Even tried updating the password on the web but no use. Frustrating af. I missed one of my due dates because of this update. Real inconvenience. C'mon devs, you can do better.
