Completely useless piece of ****. This app is "offline" 90%+ of the time. I haven't seen an update in 3 years. I've uninstalled and reinstalled dozens of times. $46/month for something that doesn't work. Get your act together!

No option to reset password or forgotten password option. Rang adt for help multiple times and no one could help.
