The app has no value! All it can really do is arm & disarm the system and show me videos. It doesn't keep a record of sensor failures. The Manage Devices section only lets you rename them - why?! If I had smart devices, I could conceivably control them through the app. However, I'd first have to link them to that app, and there are better apps for that. The app's help line connects you to the main ADT center. I have a local dealer, and the service telephone # is different.

Diane Lisle, 2025-01-15ADT costs way too much for the reps to be so unhelpful. It is really a hit or miss and I have been with them 12 years. There are panel errors that they can't clear and the billing system is a nightmare. Several times I've been on the phone with them for hours trying to explain things to someone who barely understands English. They should just be able to understand off script questions.
