Occasionally experience confusing/conflicted information re: bill pay processing and account statement balance

Once you are logged into the app, it does what it needs to do. Getting logged in has been a constant pain for years. Verification texts do not come through in time and sometimes the voice call feature is never received. The app doesn't seem to hold onto the saved password for long as well.
