Useless app. You select you need help with thr device setup and it just tests your home wifi speed and tells you how to improve connection speeds. Nothing to do with setting up the device. Wifi speeds might be an issue later AFTER...YOU HELP ME SET THE DEVICE UP?

worst customer service on the planet. I don't know how many ways there are to say that my device is not connected. but twice I've talked to customer service, and twice they just hung up on me because by the third time I responded to is your device connected, I was irritated. them- is your device connected? me- no them - Is your device connected? me- no it can't find the bluetooth. them - So you can't connect your device? me - No. the Bluetooth thing is flashing at me. click, AI survey. 🙄
